How is my item shipped and how long will it take to arrive?

I am a single human operation and will get to your order as soon as I can! Please allow for 2-7 business days for your order to ship. You will be notified once your order has shipped!

All orders are shipped from Prince George, BC, Canada via Canada Post.

Individual or small quantities of greeting cards are shipped as letter mail and without tracking.

Prints, original art and pottery are shipped as parcels with tracking.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to arrive but could be longer based on the vastness of Canada! International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

**IMPORTANT NOTE:THE UNTRACKED CARD OPTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR GREETING CARD ORDERS. YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED IF IT DOES NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT**

Do I have to pay duties and customs fees?

Depending on the parcel and country you may have to pay duties or other customs fees.

I am in no way responsible for paying these fees since these fees often vary from country to country and I will declare the value of the items when sending in the post.

Shipping rates seem high?

Prints and original art are shipped with tracking to ensure their safe delivery to their forever home!

Unfortunately, based on Canada Post's rates the size in parcel doesn't generally affect the price therefore a small print generally costs the same as a large.

Returns

If you receive your order and you are not happy with it please send me an email at madelinekloepper@gmail.com to discuss!

I run this little online shop alone, therefore returns and exchanges will be case by case.

Here are some general points:

You will be expected to pay the return shipping.

In the case of a returned item I will process the return payment once the item has been received.

If the item is an exchange, I will send you the new item once the exchanged item has been received. The initial shipping on your end will not be covered but when I ship the exchanged item back to you I will cover the fee.

Original art and pottery is final sale due to the delicate nature of shipping the work!
